The SHARE Foundation

The SHARE Foundation supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing them with residential, vocational, and social services. At its core is Sharing Meadows, a 200-acre community where "villagers" live in small villages with stewards who assist them in daily life. The foundation focuses on empowering these individuals through meaningful work, such as crafting handmade items, and encourages participation in educational programs like math and literacy. Recreational activities, including Special Olympics and club memberships, further enrich their lives. The foundation also offers spiritual support, aligning its mission with Christian values, and fosters a family-like atmosphere that promotes independence and dignity.
