Open Door Community Alliance
The Open Door Community Alliance Medication Assistance Program helps remove barriers for low-income individuals in LaPorte County who need access to medication. Physicians can request prescription medications and supplies for their patients, ensuring they can achieve and maintain good health while avoiding hospitalization. There are no costs for patients. Additionally, over-the-counter medications recommended by pharmacy professionals are provided for mild illnesses and minor pain, helping low-income individuals reduce future costly doctor visits.
