HealthLinc is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) which provides quality primary, prenatal, & maternal care, dental, vision and behavioral health services to people of all ages regardless of their ability to pay. Medicaid enrollment can be accomplished the same day for pregnant women.
If you do not have insurance, HealthLinc has a sliding fee discount program to help provide high-quality affordable healthcare. HealthLinc also accepts Medicaid, Medicare, most commercial insurances, and the uninsured. Medicaid enrollment can be accomplished the same day for pregnant women.
HealthLinc does not turn patients away based on legal citizenship status.
Services offered include primary care, prenatal care (La Porte only) dental, behavioral health, optometry, obstetrics, pediatrics, pharmacy services, outreach services, chronic disease management, civil-legal aid, and insurance enrollment services. Behavioral Health Consultants work alongside medical providers to help with depression, anxiety, and mental illness. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is provided for those seeking treatment for opioid use disorders.
