Services:
Leadership La Porte County’s mission is to inspire, develop, cultivate and connect emerging and existing leaders to serve their diverse communities. The organization provides several programs designed to develop and promote leadership skills in adults, middle school students and high school students. The expectation is that the program participants will become more highly engaged and active community members. In addition, the organization can provide sessions on board training, group team-building facilitation, and Real Colors® temperament assessments to business organizations.
