North Central Community Action Agencies, Inc.

North Central Community Action Agencies, Inc. (NCCAA) is a private, not-for-profit Corporation established in 1966 to address the issues and concerns facing low-income people in Counties of LaPorte, Starke, Pulaski, Porter, Newton, Jasper, and Cass. Through the program and services available, we strive to enable economically disadvantaged people to become self-sufficient and less dependent on public assistance.  NCCAA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors with equal representation from the public, private, and low income community sectors.

Some of the programs and services we provide include the Energy Assistance (LaPorte, Starke and Pulaski Counties), Weatherization (all counties listed above) Youth and Senior Programs, Children's Vision Screening and Ramp Programs in LaPorte County and Rental Assistance as well as supporting Community Service Programs in Starke and Pulaski Counties.
